the problem always is & always has been , the moment somebody , anybody , discovers , what is considered " New " information they can't seem to not think " Money " , anytime any person is telling you they have the answer & you should " Buy My Product " because it's good for you , good for the soil , good for the environment , be very skeptical , it is very hard for any of these type of people to back track on what they preach , most of the time these people will double down on there gospel , always look for people who open source the info they have ( nothing to buy here only things to learn ) then always do your own due diligence & research to back up that open source information , it's a shame these days but very hard to trust once trusted information sources 🙏🙏🙏

Covid will wreck your gut biome without antibiotics. Thats what long covid is. Put the antibiotics on top, maybe a bit of drinking, and your screwed. Putting bacteria in is only a small part, like bacteria is there. You need to feed it, in your gut and soil. Fermented is good, more so cause its predigested. Gluten is broken to other amino acids when the bacteria break down the starch and lactic acid is produced, lactose gets broken down to lactase and lactic acid is produced, lactase in your gut biome can break down any lactose that makes it to your gut biome, the lactic acid from fermented milk can then break down gluten in your stomach, or something like that, etc. So if you don't want to eat sourdough bread eat some good quality Greek yoghurt with your bread, but who would do that, lol. You also need to chew your food properly and get peptides into your food before it enters the stomach. Dont overeat or drink fluids when eating, cause you dont want to dilute stomach acid.

Very informative. Trouble is you can't grow most vegetables all year round in Victoria without hothouse. So you must rely on someone else. I'm all for what was discussed in this post. Thanks Vasily

Plenty will grow in winter. More variety and seasonal is best. There are things growing in your garden at the moment, that you can eat, but nobody will eat it. Then there are things very few will be growing. If your soil is healthy, do things a bit different, you can extend crops too. You can be eating things like Jerusalem artichoke now, it's a bloody weed, but who does that

Brilliant. First thing I did twenty five years ago when I bought my place was spread several tons of horse manure everywhere. Ever since I've been building it up and growing vegetables and fruit trees, so at 80 I am in perfect health. Everything you say is correct and as a result you will inspire people and save lives. Well done.

When you two guys get together you can see the passion and how you guys are trying to spread the word it’s fantastic . I left the northern suburbs 5 years ago and brought a farm and started of with no knowledge of gardening now five years later two big gardens 30 fruit trees and the difference in the food I grow from the supermarkets is insane the taste is amazing. I have big worm farms running on irrigation that catch worm wee which is the only thing I feed my gardens and the worm farms are feed pumpkins grown on my farm and the manure from my cows feed the worms. All my soil is made from my own compost using my hay from my chicken coop the manure from my animals and the waste from my gardens. It’s an amazing cycle I keep growing and learning every year your channel has help me a lot in learning and gaining knowledge and really appreciate it. 😀🥬🌶️

Another reason to not pull plants up when they die. So this fungi can produce spores, whilst the plant is dying. Works best if the soil dries out as the plant dies. I guess the soil doesn't have to dry out though.

Go to a patch of old forest near where you live, find the biggest oldest tree pull back the top dry leaves then take the layer of leaf mold down to the soil level. This is where you will get all the local michorizal fungi hyphea that will definitely be beneficial for the long-term health of your garden. Happy gardening everyone 💚🌴🌏🙏

Where to get manure? The farms too many weeds, salt…And I don’t want to buy a pre packaged factory manure, look at Bunnings sheep manure 😂🤣 it’s got rock, bark and all and it’s labelled Manure…I’m with you brother I grow for health ,earnt so much respect with this presentation totally agree with your main points about we are what we eat..And when you say N.P.K we’d be lucky to get any P in the fertilisers only option is to buy hydroponic nutrients but then we’re poisoning ourselves…I’ll stick to your products…Farmers are for profit not for our health but not all are the same…

100% facts Vasili. Ive even noticed over the years with one of my lemon trees using certain products.yeh ok got a little bit of fruit each year then after watching you with your products and talking about them i goton board and next minute got 20 lemons compared to the 3-8 lemons each time using all sorts of products. 100% you are right with the payments to the farmers, youve touched on it before 40 years ago birds following the tractors now its just the clouds following the tractors

I get cow poo from a dairy chook poo from my girls and I make my own compost autumn leaves, food scraps, ash fro fire place, wood shavings all go in. Also I heap my paths with leaf mulch and saw dust etc. this helps to keep the weeds down but also as it breaks down the nutrients leach isn’t the soil next to the beds and add to the overall diverse bacterial life of my backyard. I also have magpies and black birds as pest control agents😊

I think the issue is that commercial farming overuses the 'synthetic' fertilizers and have worked out what compositions work to make the biggest and most durable fruit or veggies. Sacrifice to this is primarily flavor and micronutrients. I've tried growing some of the store supplied veggies (particularly tomatoes) and they grow true-to-type, however they are no where near as large or tasteless as what you buy from the supermarket. You do need some fertilizer to 'add on' to your soil (depending on your soil), however whet really helps is loads of compost and mulching. Its an expensive exercise, however well worth it when you see the 'fruits' of your labour.

Hi Vasili, I've herd the current style of farming called "moreon farming" because, every year they (farmers) have to put "more (fertiliser) on"
